The Family Behind Raaw Concrete Inc.

Raaw Concrete Inc. is a family-owned, licensed, bonded and insured concrete contractor based in Oceanside, California. Willie Dupleich started Raaw Concrete Pumping in 2017; he and his son Ryan then founded Raaw Concrete Inc. together, and both are on site on every job.

Our Story

Built on Hundreds of Concrete Sites

Willie Dupleich has been on hundreds of concrete job sites across Southern California. He has seen the good and the bad: how sound concrete gets placed, and why poor concrete fails.

In 2017 he started Raaw Concrete Pumping, pumping concrete for contractors from San Diego to Los Angeles. That put him on other contractors' pours across the region, where he saw the base prep, the reinforcement and the finishing up close.

Father And Son On Every Job

In 2023, Willie and his son Ryan founded Raaw Concrete Inc. together, a full-service concrete contractor built for more opportunity and larger-scale work. Ryan is also the CSLB qualifying individual on our license.

Both founders are on site on every job, working as a team, from residential driveways to foundations and slabs. We still pump and place concrete as a subcontractor for general contractors, too.

The Name On The Truck Door

The name is family as well. Raaw is the initials of Willie's three children: Ryan, Alex, Alyssa + Willie. That name is painted on the truck door, which is one more reason we do the work properly.

Itemized pricing, clear estimates and straight answers. Most residential projects finish in about 3 working days, depending on the job, and always in a timely fashion. We walk every job with you at the end.

Local Rules

Every city sets its own rules for driveway approaches, curb cuts and public sidewalks, and our clay soils and summer heat change how a slab is built. We explain what applies to your property during the consultation and build the schedule around it.
