Privacy Policy
How Raaw Concrete Inc. collects, uses and protects the information you share with us on raawconcrete.com.
The short version: we collect what you give us through the contact form, by phone or email, plus your IP address when you submit the form and basic, cookieless site analytics. We use it to respond to your request, stop spam and keep records if you hire us. We do not sell your personal information, and this site does not use tracking cookies.
Who we are
Raaw Concrete Inc. is a family-owned concrete contractor at 2033 S Freeman St, Oceanside, CA 92054, serving San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties. This policy covers personal information collected through raawconcrete.com (the "site") and when you contact us about a project.
Raaw Concrete Inc. is a California corporation, and it is the business responsible for the information described here. In this policy and on the site, "Raaw Concrete", "Raaw", "we", "us" and "our" mean Raaw Concrete Inc. and nothing else. The shorter names are used only for convenience and never refer to an owner, officer, employee or family member personally.
What information we collect
Information You Give Us
When you submit the estimate request form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, email address and phone number. From that submission, we also collect your project address, preferred start timeline, project type and the project details you type in the message box.
If you call or email us instead, we collect whatever you choose to share, such as a property address or site photos.
Information Collected Automatically
- Form Submissions. Our server records the network (IP) address a submission came from and includes it with your message. We use it only to block spam and abuse.
- Request Records. Each request is also stored by a lead relay run by Mint Strategies LLC, our web developer. The record lets us track and follow up on requests, and if our email fails, the relay delivers it instead.
- Analytics And Hosting. Mint Strategies LLC hosts this site for us through a hosting provider. Its cookieless analytics report aggregated counts such as page views, referring sites, approximate region, browser and device type. It does not use cookies or follow you across other websites. Like any host, the hosting provider may log requests, including IP addresses, for security.
- Do Not Track. This site does not track you across other websites, so it does not respond differently to a browser's Do Not Track signal. If you choose to load a map, Google may collect information about your activity across websites.
The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising pixels. The Google maps on this site load only after you choose to show them. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
Links to outside services such as Google Maps, Instagram and the Contractors State License Board open sites we do not control, where their own privacy policies apply.
How we use your information
We use the details you send us to respond to your estimate request. That means calling, texting or emailing you back, scheduling a site visit and preparing a written quote. If you hire us, we also use them to carry out your project and keep its records.
We do not add you to a marketing list, send newsletters or pass your details to advertisers. Analytics data only helps us see which pages are useful and fix problems on the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as listed below:
- Email Delivery. Form submissions reach our inbox through an email delivery service used by Mint Strategies LLC, which processes the message only to deliver it.
- Hosting And Analytics. The hosting provider that Mint Strategies LLC uses serves the site and provides the analytics described above.
- Website Development And Maintenance. Mint Strategies (opens in a new tab) (Mint Strategies LLC) built this site and maintains it for us. It may access form submissions and technical logs only to run, secure and support the site on our behalf, and it does not sell your information or use it for its own marketing.
- Your Project. If you hire us, we share the details the job needs, such as your address on a permit application.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our crew and customers.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests as long as we need them to respond and follow up on the project. If you hire us, your contact details become part of the project file, which we keep to meet accounting, tax and contractor record-keeping obligations. Otherwise, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your California privacy rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives California residents rights over their personal information. Whether or not the law applies to a business of our size, we honor these requests:
- Right to Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from and how we use it.
- Right to Delete the personal information we hold about you, except records we are required to keep.
- Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell it or share it for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising these rights.
To make a request, call (714) 321-0105 or use our contact form. We confirm your identity by matching the details you give us with the information we hold. We aim to respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.
Security and its limits
We use reasonable safeguards. The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the form checks for spam. Only the people who respond to submissions and the recipients listed under Who we share it with can access them.
No website, email service or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Raaw Concrete Inc. nor Mint Strategies LLC is liable for unauthorized access to your information caused by events outside that company's reasonable control.
Neither is responsible for the privacy practices of outside services you choose to use, such as Google Maps or Instagram. Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under California law.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
This policy, the site and the services that support it can change at any time. When we change how we handle personal information, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
Our terms of service cover use of the site itself, including the limits on liability of Raaw Concrete Inc. and Mint Strategies.
