Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use raawconcrete.com, the website of Raaw Concrete Inc.

Effective date:

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by Raaw Concrete Inc., a California corporation and licensed concrete contractor at 2033 S Freeman St, Oceanside, CA 92054. By using this site or sending our contact form, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The business behind this website is Raaw Concrete Inc., a California corporation that holds CSLB License #1125756, issued August 28, 2024, with workers' compensation insurance on file. On this website, in these terms and in our Privacy Policy, "Raaw Concrete", "Raaw", "we", "us" and "our" all mean Raaw Concrete Inc. and nothing else.

We use the shorter names only for convenience. They never refer to an owner, officer, employee or family member personally.

Some pages describe our history, including Raaw Concrete Pumping, which our founder started in 2017. The CSLB record is the official source for the company's license history.

What this website is for

This site describes the concrete services Raaw Concrete Inc. provides across San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties. Its content, including service pages, project photos and FAQ answers, is general information. It is not engineering, legal or financial advice and does not replace a site visit and written proposal.

Information can change

Our services, service areas, prices, schedules, photographs and other content can change at any time without notice. A page may not reflect what Raaw Concrete Inc. offers today, and it may not fit your property, project or budget.

Project photos show past work; your result depends on your site and the scope in your contract. Before you rely on anything here, confirm it with us in writing.

Statements about how we usually work, such as replying within one business day or finishing most projects in about three working days, describe our usual practice. They are not guarantees unless written into a signed contract.

Estimates and written contracts

Any estimate, price range or schedule shown on this site, given by phone or sent by email, fax or mail is an approximation. It reflects the information available at the time. It is not an offer, and it does not bind you or Raaw Concrete Inc.

We put every job in writing. No work begins, and no price, scope or schedule is final, until you and Raaw Concrete Inc. have both signed a written contract. That contract describes the work, the price and the payment terms. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed contract, the contract controls.

Every estimate and contract is between you and Raaw Concrete Inc. as a company. Only a person Raaw Concrete Inc. authorizes may sign for it. Owners, officers and employees who sign or act for the company are not parties to the estimate or contract personally.

Raaw Concrete Inc. holds CSLB License #1125756 (C-8 Concrete). You can verify our license at cslb.ca.gov (opens in a new tab), as you should for any contractor. The CSLB also publishes a homeowner checklist for home improvement contracts (opens in a new tab) that explains what a California contract must include. It is worth reading before you sign with anyone.

Pricing information on this site

Price ranges on this site, such as those in our FAQ and service pages, are general guidance and are not quotes. Your actual price depends on site access, demolition, base preparation, thickness, reinforcement, finish, permits and current material costs. For a price on your project, request a free estimate.

No warranty on website content

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". There are no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Neither Raaw Concrete Inc. nor Mint Strategies LLC warrants that the content is complete, error-free or current, or that the site will always be available or free of harmful code.

Figures such as slab thickness, curing times and joint spacing are general industry guidance and may not fit your project. Any written warranty on our concrete work appears only in a signed contract. This website does not create or add to one, and it does not reduce any warranty or right California law gives you.

Your responsibility

You use this website and act on its content at your own risk. Decisions about your property, such as design, drainage, structural work and permits, should be made with a site visit, a written proposal and, where needed, a licensed engineer or your local permit office.

Who built this website

This website was designed and built, and is maintained, by Mint Strategies (opens in a new tab) (Mint Strategies LLC), an independent web developer, on behalf of Raaw Concrete Inc.

Mint Strategies is not a contractor. It does not perform, supervise, inspect or guarantee any concrete or construction work. It is not a party to any estimate, contract or other agreement between you and Raaw Concrete Inc.

Mint Strategies makes no representation about the services, prices, schedules, licensing, insurance or workmanship of Raaw Concrete Inc., even on pages Mint Strategies helped prepare. Raaw Concrete Inc. is solely responsible for that information and for the work it performs. Questions or claims about a project go to Raaw Concrete Inc., not to Mint Strategies.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and logos on this site belong to Raaw Concrete Inc. unless otherwise noted. That includes the job-site photographs in our project gallery. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or redistribute site content, including our photographs, without our written permission.

Rights in the site's design, layouts and code are held as agreed between Raaw Concrete Inc. and Mint Strategies LLC.

Third-party links

This site links to outside websites, such as the Contractors State License Board, county permit offices and sources we cite. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent California law allows, neither Raaw Concrete Inc. nor Mint Strategies LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website. The same applies to each company's owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, contractors and agents.

Excluded damages include lost profits and lost data from relying on this website's content. The exclusion also covers content that is out of date or does not match your project, and any outside site we link to.

Mint Strategies LLC is not liable to you for any claim about services, estimates or work that Raaw Concrete Inc. provides.

For a claim about this website itself, such as its content or availability, the total liability of each company is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This cap does not apply to any estimate, site visit or concrete work that Raaw Concrete Inc. provides.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful injury, gross negligence or a violation of law. They do not limit any right that California law says cannot be waived. Your signed contract and California law govern the concrete work Raaw Concrete Inc. performs.

Mint Strategies LLC and the people listed above are not parties to these terms. They may still enforce the parts that protect them.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part applies only as far as the law allows. The rest of these terms still applies.

Contact form and communications

When you submit our contact form or call us, we may respond by phone, text or email about your request. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website itself will be heard in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, unless California law gives you the right to bring it in another county.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
